Our Story

Built for the
Coaches Everyone
Forgot.

The youth sports industry is worth $40 billion. Billions go to mega-complexes, tournament operators, and recruiting platforms. Almost nothing goes to the 6.5 million volunteer coaches who hold it all together.

The Problem

An Unpaid
Part-Time Job.

Youth sports coaches volunteer 16 to 20 hours a week. They plan practices, manage rosters, coordinate schedules, handle parent emails, and juggle logistics across spreadsheets, group texts, email, and paper clipboards. 36% of that time is admin - not coaching.

The result? 40% of volunteer coaches quit after just one year. Not because they stop caring about the kids - because the admin, the parent pressure, and the fragmented tools wear them down.

Meanwhile, every existing platform is built for league administrators and club directors. The coach on the sideline - the person 27 million kids actually see every week - gets nothing built for them.

Fieldhouse exists to change that.

What We Believe

Coach First.
Everything Else Follows.

Coaches Deserve Better

Every incumbent platform is built top-down for club admins. We build bottom-up for the 6.5 million coaches on the frontline. They're the user, not an afterthought.

Simple Beats Complex

If you can text, you can use Fieldhouse. No learning curve, no training manuals, no ten-tab dashboards. Just describe what you need and get it done.

Support, Not Replace

Technology should make coaches better, not busier. We handle the prep work so coaches can focus on what they signed up for - developing athletes and building character.

The Founder

Meet Santos.

Santos Flores, Founder of Fieldhouse

Santos Flores

Founder

Santos spent 5 years at Google and YouTube building tools for the biggest names in sports - NFL Sunday Ticket, YouTube's sports partnerships, ad systems serving millions. He saw firsthand the gap: billion-dollar sports properties get world-class technology. Volunteer coaches get spreadsheets and group texts.

That gap bothered him. Not as an engineer - as someone who believes the people closest to kids deserve better tools than the people furthest from them. So he started Fieldhouse.

"The coaches who show up every Tuesday and Thursday, unpaid, for other people's kids - they deserve the same quality of tooling I built for the NFL."
