Fieldhouse ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Fieldhouse platform, including the web application at app.fieldhouse.gg and the Fieldhouse mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not store your Google password.
Team and Coaching Data
Information you provide while using the Service, including team names, player rosters (names and positions), practice plans, schedules, and messages sent through the platform.
Chat and AI Interactions
Messages you send to our AI coaching assistants are processed to generate responses and recommendations. These conversations are stored to maintain your chat history and improve the Service.
Usage Data
We automatically collect device type, operating system, browser type, and general usage patterns to improve the Service. We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymous usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service, including AI-powered coaching features
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To send team invitations and notifications you have requested
- To improve the Service and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
- With your team: Coaches and players on the same team can see shared team data (rosters, schedules, practice plans) as part of normal platform functionality.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication, Google Cloud for AI processing and hosting, and Cloudflare for web delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and secured with row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and access controls. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
5. Children's Privacy
Fieldhouse is designed for use by coaches, who are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player roster information (names and positions) is entered by coaches, not by the players themselves. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and update your account information at any time through the app
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with:
- Supabase — Authentication and database
- Google Cloud — AI processing (Gemini) and backend hosting
- Cloudflare — Web application delivery
- Google Analytics — Anonymous usage statistics
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
